From start to finish, all my hookbaits are made by hand. The mix is made by hand, kneaded down until the perfect consistency is achieved. It's then put into an airgun where we take out the sausages, and finally, they're finished on Shilhams tables, where after rolling they get their heat and curing process. They're cured five times, so don't worry about boosters! :-) Confidence in a tub!
